Out of School Club & Holiday Club Qut of School Club.
During term-time we are based at Finningley C of E School
and take the children to and from school. We are open from
7:45am – 6pm. The children are provided with a breakfast if
required and a light tea.
Each night we offer a range of activities including art and craft activities, outdoor and indoor games, use of a computer, board games, construction, colouring , reading etc etc!  Our aim is to provide a safe and caring environment, which allows your children to develop to their full potential. For many children we are offering continuity of care as they have previously attended our nursery and still may have siblings here.
We have a good relationship between staff and parents and
our reputation is our recommendation. The children’s happiness
and enjoyment is our priority and all activities are child
centred based on what the children enjoy doing.
We expect politeness, good manners and respect for each other, we have a behavioural policy in place, however the children will also be drawing up their own set of rules to encourage positive behaviour, and this will be periodically updated. Holiday Club
During the school holidays the children are picked up from
Flying Start Day Nursery and taken to our sister nursery at
Coneygarth Farm, Haxey. The children are brought
back at 5pm.
The out of school club is based on a working farm and we have extensive outdoor play areas including a large outdoor grassed area which has rustic outdoor play equipment, a two storey play house and large football goals. We also have 3 acres of secure woodland which is a safe and natural environment for the children to play in. Each day we plan exciting activities including treasure hunts, nature walks, football, rounders, barbeques, craft activities etc.
 Throughout
the six weeks summer holidays we organise themed weeks/days.
These include Camp Coneygarth, Pirate Week, Cowboys and Indians,
Harry Potter Week, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Dr
Who day, Wet ‘n’ wild days, Fun Week etc!!
We endeavour to make each day as fun packed as possible and also take the lead from the children. During the day all snacks, drinks, a hot home-made dinner, light tea, treats and prizes are included in the price. At the North Lincs Childcare Awards we won the Out Of School Club of The Year 2008! We were very proud of this as for the previous three years we have been runners up. Our Philosophy Is To Care.
